Sen. Blanche Lincoln is in a runoff situation, Arlen Specter was trounced and Mitch McConnell got his nose bloodied when the guy he backed lost to the son of Ron Paul. Rand Paul had never run for political office before.

This may be a long and difficult primary season for the Washington, DC political criminals.
