Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default GOP send letter to Solis and Geithner opposing nationalization of 401(K)

edlabor.house.gov ^ I believe any such consideration will be enough to spark the fire.

Angry

The hogs have emptied the trough, and now seek ways to not only refill it, but make it deeper. I have both a 401k and IRA, if they go forward with any such scheme I'll cash both out before I'll allow them to seize them from me. It's bad enough that they propose to place an excise tax on the earnings for Medicare that will substantially reduce gains, but I'll be damned before I'll let them take it all.

Hmmm....they intend to seize personal assets....I guess the current crop of scumbags is sufficiently removed from death, hellfire and damnation to have no fear of a populace hell-bent on protecting assets it took a lifetime to build. We're supposed to ALREADY HAVE a guaranteed retirement plan, Social Security. Oh way...THE DEMOCRATS raided what was supposed to be, in FDR's own words, A LOCKBOX for Amerika's future. To arms ! To Arms !! What ? Nobody gonna practice long-range marksmanship this summer ?

Oh my.

I once had a post deleted because of my expressed hope that someone fly through the Bermuda Triangle on their way back from a visit to Europe and the Middle East...

While my comments were tongue-in-cheek, I am not advocating anything. I truly believe this will collapse what we have come to love like those old pictures of the Hindenburg when it caught fire in NJ. The seizure of personal assets 'for the common good' and for purposes of redistribution will begin the conflagration.... See what's happening in Greece over the last few days ? That would be 'fairy land' compared to what would happen here. You think all those cops and fire unions are going to allow pension plans to nationalize ? Don't think so. You can kick 'the so-called rich' around for awhile, but when things come down to the people who secure society, you're asking for trouble.

Unbelievable. Kind of reminds me of a Beetles song.

Oh what a Great Nation we have become, that such a small group can hold us captive. The Communist have been sucker punching us with Social Justice for decades. When will Americans tire of being slapped around and say enough is enough? Pack your bags and get the hell out of Dodge.

There is but one solution, one which we cannot legally, morally, ethically or humanely employ. These leeches use our laws against us to rot us from within. To defeat this enemy, we must destroy all that is 'us' and then rebuild it from it's very foundations. Unlikely at best. Barring that, we are trending towards, and will become a parody of what AMERICA was originally envisioned, but like a cartoon or one of those stupid movies of the future where everyone's a gutless schmuck and they all work for 'the state'.
A perfect example: "Sleeper"
