Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

So, let’s put this in perspective:

Obama received more money from big banks than anyone else. Now we hear he gets more money from big oil than anyone else. Yet we are to believe Obama and the libs are against big business and big oil. I bet Cheney is getting a chuckle out of this.

“Obama speak with fork tongue.

I think he probably counts on the fact that a plethora of his voters are too stupid to tie their own shoes, pull up their pants, or put on a belt...

Well, when blithering idiots are there to collect 'dey obama money' from 'obama's stash' and still not know it's taxpayer dollars being shovelled their way, I think he can count on 'em no matter what !

And it keeps on getting worse. I just started a thread about how Obama's administration lifted regulations on B.P. last year. Wonder if any of this is connected?????

Hmm...let's sum it up:

1: he received more money than anybody from Wall Street
- there is a banking reform bill in the works

2: He opens up offshore drilling rights where he previously opposed it
- there's an ecological disaster in the Gulf

3: No lobbyists in his white house
- the admin is rife with lobbyists

What the hell is going on here ? What's it take before the papers
start to do their jobs ? Do Muslims have to blow up the New York Times before they print an article critical to the admin ?

FOLLOW THE MONEY ... something's afoot....I don't know what, but I'm not usually a believer in coincidences....

Yeah, he was the biggest reciepient of money from Fannie/Freddie, took money from Goldman Sachs, took money from BP and was a lawyer for ACORN. I'm afraid we're only scratching the surface.

Well that's the point now, isn't it ? They crucified Cheney for being CEO of Halliburton for like 6 months or something...and now we have Mr.Crapbag-in-Cheef up to his neck in all the manure a nation can muster ! What gives here ? Where's the tar and feathers ?

The fact that we have a guy as President who refused to put his hand on his heart during the pledge during the campaign and refused to wear a flag pin on his lapel early on in the campaign and had a wife who said while he was campaigning that she was just then proud of the country for the first time in her life is enough to show anyone that people/media either 1) aren't paying attention or 2) don't care as long as they get some money out of the deal.

You missed a category. An awful lot of people are, plainly and simply, cretins.
