Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Obama promises to not use nukes if you attack us with W.M.D.

This is getting scary

Under the new strategy, the United States would commit for the first time not to use nuclear weapons against non-nuclear states that are in compliance with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, even if it is attacked with biological or chemical weapons, according to The New York Times and a U.S. official who confirmed the details.
Yeppppie. You hit us with biological, or chemical weapons and we will just get mad.

I guess Obama has ripped down Reagans "beware of dog" sign in the yard.

Obama is in campaign mode again -- campaigning to be the worst, most useless, most ineffectual, most damaging president since Jimmy Carter. He has already won that election, however, and I wish he would just settle down and rest on those laurels.

This statement does seem STUPID on its face. What advantage do we gain by this statement? If we callously disregard this statement and use the nukes when attacked, we are then held accountable for our false statement. Most damaging, however, is that this can be strongly argued as inviting our opponents to employ chemical and/or biological weapons against us.

I guess this is not surprising to me, as I think Obama and his advisors are idiots anyway. Maybe he is laying the groundwork for Hillary Clinton to run and win in 2012, as Obama may already understand that he won't be reelected in 2012 himself. The gauzy promises of change and "I'm not a socialist" aren't going to ring so sweetly in 2012. Additionally, what are the chances the job market will be healed by 2012? With an election in 2012 which is a referendum on the jobless recovery, how would Obama fare? Maybe this thought is giving too much credit for strategic thought to Obama and the Demcrats?

Hillary in 2012....you can almost see the drooling and hear the nashing of teeth coming from the Dems and Indys. Stranger things have happened. Wipe that thought from your mind before the vibes are picked up on.

We may even launch a strong protest with the UN. Yep, Obama is a blithering idiot.

You people are really grasping here... First of all, how many times has the US been attacked by a foreign country by WMDs?

And lets just say, just for a second, that China sends some sort of biological weapon and it somehow causes damage. Do you really want the president to just immediately launch nukes at that country?

Seriously?

So, I break into your house, which of your weapons won't you use against me?
