Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Forget about the drilling, new CO2 regs due out tomorrow

As I said before, don't believe anything about the drilling Obama is supposedly allowing. New CO2 regulations aredue out tomorrow. Get ready to grab your ankles.

EPA has the reins on this one. We saw it coming. There will be no overcoming their decission, they have the power. Dems see the writing on the wall, it's full steam ahead no stopping them now. Not only will utility bills skyrocket, but everything else will too.

I understand there are some Congressmen who have already filed or are waiting for the EPA to "take the reins" before they file in the D.C. Circuit. Don't know what theory they're using. Note the Marxist/Democrat green movement haven't bothered to comment on the de-bunking of their theory currently underway.

An interesting item that not many know is that there are some in the industry that have already made investments in cleaner burns and are welcoming the legislation. Nearly as much will be made selling credits to those facilities that lack the capital for expensive upgrades as there is in generation itself. The control of CO2 emissions will effect everyone, right down to the grill in your backyard. This will not only effect coal fired but also natural gas and bio-mass generaters. Plants that can neither comply nor afford upgrades will be forced to shut the doors. With less supply and an ever growing demand means only one thing, and we know what that is.

Barry's and the Democrat's window of opportunity is slowly closing, I would expect to see a no holds barred cage fight to get as much radical legislation passed as soon as they can. With the prospect of a change in both Houses in November, they know that their drive for a more Socialist form of government will be finished for a while.

If Obama was serious about drilling for our own oil, why wouldn't he allow drilling where there is known oil............It's just more dog and pony show.....
