Why do many or most of the provisions in the "Health Care Overhaul" take effect in 2014? Is this just do avoid seeing any changes in taxes/money today, where 4 years from now everyone will have forgotten what caused the change?
Because Obama hopes to be elected to a second term by then....if they kicked in right now he knows he wouldn`t have a chance......I`v got news for him.....1-20-2013.....Obama`s Last Day in Office.....
