"The Constitution nowhere authorizes the United States to mandate, either directly or under threat of penalty, that all citizens and legal residents have qualifying health care coverage," the lawsuit states."
Morons, the constitution must mandate them not to do it. It's to limit power over the people and that has been trampled on long ago. This is just the biggest bite so far. I've only heard one person so far use the constitution to prove they are prohibited and they made a strong case of it. Even when the constitution was being put together one person had to force the bill of rights to be a part of it, Madison. Guess how many rights made up the document?
"Ought not a government, vested with such extensive and indefinite authority, to have been restricted by a declaration of rights? It certainly ought. So clear a point is this, that I cannot help suspecting that persons who attempt to persuade people that such reservations were less necessary under this Constitution than under those of the States, are wilfully endeavoring to deceive, and to lead you into an absolute state of vassalage"
And, as I've said before:
Remove God and one you wont like will take His place. This one now has the power to heal. I hear they want broad band every where, you can't watch with dial up and there's some serious talk since this is signed to get global warming taken care of, this god even controls the climate.
