What they are not telling you is that by using the "Deem and Pass" rule. This "Bill" is ILLEGAL.
It is ILLEGAL because it did not receive an "up or down" vote, as REQUIRED by the U.S. CONSTITUTION. The "Deem and pass" rule is only allowed for amendments to already passed and signed (by the President) legislation.
This health care bill will not make it out of Washington and in to law.
