Yup, California pols thought the same thing, that's why our tax rates, sales AND income, (and all of those fees that they say aren't "taxes") are the highest in the country and our unemployment rate is only number three (behind Michigan and Nevada). Something liberal/progressives never learn, money is like water, it will ALWAYS move in the easiest direction with the least pressure. That's why employers and tax payers are moving out of this state .... and why the Dems have reduced every area they control to third world status.
