Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

That is why there are several states suing the Federal Government to return the land that was seized by the Clinton Administration citing that they could be developing this land to help augment their budgets. They also cite the Ninth and Tenth Amendment stating that the Federal land grab is not Constitutional.

Hmmm.

My take is some people took advantage of some others and the result was government grew. Government acquired new authority because of the abuse which people probably thought was good when it happened. Now the people don't like it.

Find out why, bet I'm not wrong. Ya just can't casually read history without the message being preached over and over.

I want people to be as wealthy and happy as possible and that's what many want to be. Where we differ is, it better not be by abusing others. The "many" excuse that away by saying "you can abuse others too, it's what makes us strong." Really! It's what gives the government the right to take your wealth AND YOUR LAND away.

Where did the government get the authority to do this without even having to ask? Find that out. I know some of the history of why T Roosevelt did it. It was because of abuse, no argument about it.

There are billions of abandoned history books for sale cheap every where. Sat on somebody's shelf collecting dust, most likely something that their grandparents read before TV started sucking brain cells. Now they're found in dime book stores just sitting there under our noses begging to save us from our selves. I'll tell you who reads them, people who want you to be their slaves. People who want the power to "grab your land".

Hmm, history from before the progressives started to rewrite. What a novel concept. But then that begs the question. Who's version of history?

Outrage. In a country as dependent on foreign oil as this one, this kind of action on public lands is simply unacceptable."

Interior Department spokesman Craig Leff told Fox News late Wednesday the leaked document "reflects some brainstorming discussions within [the Bureau of Land Management], but no decisions have been made about which areas, if any, might merit more serious review and consideration."
Guess the goverment thinks we have enough jobs in the Us & should buy our oil etc from foreign countrys & keep them in jobs & working instead.
