There didn't seem to me to be any "mistreatment" in these assertions, they were sleep depravation and the like. The reluctance to share future sensitive intelligence is the real issue. It's not just the U.S., no one wants their confidential informants shared with the world. This is one of the dangers of trying terrorists in civilian courts. The bad guys want it because they can make discovery demands and if they're granted by the court, the government has two choices, release the information or dismiss the charges. There are a bunch of bad guys walking the streets today because the government(s) refused to divulge sensitive information.
By the way, nice Vizsla! Got one of those myself, sure are beautiful dogs.
