Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Obama either thinks we are stupid, or he has Alzheimer’s

I have to vent a bit. I keep hearing Obama blame Bush for the expensive prescription drug plan that Bush signed. Obama keeps pointing out how big of a mess it was. But what Obama refused to point out is, the prescription drug plan was the Demo. congresses idea. The one the Demos proposed was twice as big. Bush refused to sign the plan unless they trimmed it. The one Bush signed was half the cost of the one the Demos wanted.

With that said, I blame Bush for not vetoing it. But other than that, the very plan Obama likes to bash, and use to justify his outlandish spending, was his parties idea. One which Obama supported.

Obama appears to suffer from selective memory, but only when it's convenient to what he's spewing at the moment. I often picture his back as having a string with a ring at the end protruding from it...

Hasn't the one Bush ultimately signed come in under budget?

Another interesting little fact... Obama keeps talking about the $1.3 Trillion deficit he inherited from Bush. Looking more closely at the numbers, that deficit includes the $800 Billion TARP Fund. And, $500 Billion of that has been paid back. So, the actual deficit is about $800 Billion (Annual Deficit of ~ $500 Billion, plus ~$300 Billion of TARP Money that hasn't been paid back.... yet. Note that CBO projects that the ultimate cost on TARP will be a "mere" $99 Billion)

They all suffer from it.neither party is worth the powder it would take to blow them up.both parties created the mess this countries in now.they all have secure jobs, yearly salary increases, good healthcare plans and will sell thier souls for another term in office.the only people who have benefitted from all that money are corporations.

You can tell Barama never watched the Wizard of Oz, if he did he missed the part where Toto pulled the curtain back and the Wizard said "Don't pay attention to the guy behind the curtain." Politicians know there are so many people who aren't paying attention they can say anything and some people will remember but most people don't know and will believe it.
