So everybody wins or nobody does? It annoys me enough to know that some sports allow a tie, the purpose of playing any game is to win that game, period. Play by the rules, but win that game. If your team can't compete under the rules governing the sport does your team really belong in it? Don't worry though, they'll advocate testing all of the participants for steroids and other performance enhancers before they're through, if only so that they'll have something else to investigate later...

They have been doing that for a lonnnnngg time. I peed in a cup after most every big track meet. NCAA tested up quite often. Many randoms, during our yearly physicals, and at major events.
