Funny you should mention it, Just read the other day of it's origin and rules for handing it out. It's not good what's become of it but it gave me a chuckle at how seriously it was taken then and how it's taken now. I can see the shock on the origanl peoples faces seeing it now and here the words that would come out of their mouths.
