Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Arrogant Obama must think we're stupid

Obama is at it again. He wants to punish the big banks. He says thet if they want a fight, that he's up to it. He wants more taxes and fees from them. He wants them to lessen the bonuses given to executives. He wants to force them not to take on high dollar investment risks. He doesn't want them to take chances with people's money.

On the other hand, his whole administration is about doing those same things....taking chances and spending way too much of other people's money.

It may be appropriate to limit the power of the big banks.....but he oughta get his own house in order before he condemns anyone else's business practices. Hypocrisy stinks Barry.

To put a finer edge on it... I think we gave him good reason to think that a little over half of us are stupid, which is all it takes to get elected/re-elected.

"if they want a fight, he is up to it"

Rewind to Mass.

"If Republicans want to campaign against what we've done by standing up for the status quo and for insurance companies over American families and businesses, that is a fight I want to have."

Sounds like a toothless dog in a fight. And just think, he blames the loss in Mass on Bush. Good Gawd, are the people who voted for this man insane.

Thing is it's appropriate for government to do that. It's supposed to be a last resort, a painful last resort. People are not supposed to want to turn to the government for help, but when the "help" isn't much worse than the problem things like that don't seem such a big deal and vengence is sweet for the moment. Waqs nothing but vengence that put O in office.
