Rush did say that 100 million was going to Haiti via your taxes so you have donated to Haiti, he never discouraged giving directly to the cause. Rush said, we shouldn't give charity and money because we are already giving them our income tax.
Now isn't that just a transfer of paper to Haiti who then takes that money and invests it all over the world and then that money finds it's way back the the USA.
