I recieved a memo concerning the latest EO, of the establishment of the the Coucil of Governors. I removed the article until it was verifiable. It may be a non issue as Bush started it prior to the election, Obama only signed it into law yesterday. Its worth researching, as it has quite a few more then concerned.
