Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Give all states the NE break?

Senator Nelson of NE. has to be the biggest idiot of the bunch. He is calling for all states to get the break that he got for NE, they won't have to chip in on the new Medicaid payments. Where does this dooofas thing all that money will come from. Where is there any common sense in the liberal playbook. UNBELIEVABLE!!

The only up side is that this whole bill is unconstitutional. Not that that will stop the bunch of commies that run things now.

I am from Nebraska and all I can say is Nelson is an $%&hole. He might as well retire because he is not going to get reelected. Now he is putting commercials on tv saying he listened to the people before he made his decision. He must be talking about Reid and Pelosi then. So if they were to do this to all the states then does all this added costs go into their projection of what it would cost and then are they still going to say it is cost neutral. Anyone that voted for this behemoth of a socialist bill ought to be run out of the country to somewhere like mmmmm Pakistan.

If he cares so much about the other states why doesn't he divide what he got in his sweetheart deal with the other states?
You guys are right he is a real #%@$#... But then most liberals are!

Nelson has had "the Politicians' Come to Jesus Moment." The reaction to the "Corn Husker Giveaway" wasn't expected and scared the hell out of him, even if he's up for re-election in 2012. The latest thing they're fighting over is the "Cadillac Policy" plan that levies a 40% tax on health care policies over a certain amount, which includes mine and a bunch of others. Wait 'till the labor unions get hold of this one! We're running out of rich people to tax! Oh, I forgot, the liberals will redefine "rich," probably down to $35,000 or so.

Well then they ought to tax the hell out of their own health care since they have the ultimate health care coverage. I mean how much better can you get than having everyone else paying for your health care. I used to think Nelson was pretty honest but he has now shown what a lemming he truly is.

When a politician gets to that level nationally, they are more interested in "the show" and how they present themselves than any of us. The clue regarding their health care plan is whether they will subject THEMSELVES to the plan. It appears they have exempted themselves.
