Just read here that PETA wants to advertise on the IFD fire trucks. Seems that the city and KFC came to an agreement for KFC to supply some fire hydrants and smoke detectors to the city and they want to advertise on those items for their new wings. PETA wants the fire trucks to show an add that KFC scalds chickens to death before cooking them. They offered $7500. The mayor's office here said the use of fire trucks might not be proper.
