Default Special treat for the board. Willpa you need to tune in

Dr. Walter E. Williams will be guest hosting on Thursday December 31st from noon to 3 PM for the Rush Limbaugh Show.

You know, every smile applies when the Doctor speaks. It's comes down to Econ101 which is basic common sense.

He won't listen to truth. He's too blinded by those Liberal lies he's bought into. I think he's been Obamanized!

Hey, were did Will go? I guess he will come back under another name next year with a claim his name was delelted again.

Any how, I'm going to have to download the whole show afterwrds due to my local station not carrying it. However, what an awesome treat we're getting not other the bGreat Walter E. Williams but also the great Thomas Sowell calling in. Will, this is you're Econ class that you need.

I don't think Will is bilingual. When the truth and common sense is spoken, liberals hear it as a cross between Charlie Brown's teacher, and a gassed up Max Baucus.

I am coming up with a plan for a truth Rosetta Stone for liberals.

Was that Thomas Sowell that Walter was talking to when Walter said he was reading his book?

Not 100% since my radio station wasn't carrying it buy I'm 90% sure it was. I got to listen to the begining of the actual show and then some more before Dr Sowell ended his call in. I've read several of his books and he is a research maniac.

Want an awesome, eye opening book, read Black Rednecks and White Liberals.

Yes, I just listed to it on my MP3 last night. Sowell was firing on all cylinders. I liked his analogy of why liberal professors are about 40 to 1 in our universities. He said something along the lines of when it comes to math, the medical field, and engineering that is not nearly the case. He said the reason is because those fields are tested with the truth. He said that if an engineer designed a bridge, and insisted that pie was 3.000, he would eventually be shown to be wrong. If a college football coach came up with a completely unorthodox coaching philosophy he would eventually be tested by a football season, and if he went 0-10, he would not last long.

Liberal thought is not tested in the fields of english, history, and philosophy. He said that in those fields, the more wrong you are the more you can be considered an intellectual thinker. You can always find a peer group for support.

I'm a second year college student and I find that to be completely true. I think the concept that one should be free to think and develop and promote ideas that differ from those commonly accepted is great. But the test is generally whether or not the philosophy makes you feel good, not whether or not it works in real life.

There you go with the "real life" phrase again which is something many liberal scholars avoid like the plague.
