Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Janet Napolitano "Everything Worked"

Talk about an "INCOMPETENT" administration. This all would be very funny if it wasn't a matter of life and death. Anyone know where the guy who is playing the part of our Comander and Chief is? Anyone heard whether or not he's bothered to get off the beach? For the last year you couldn't get him away from a camera, for the last few days he can't interupt his vaction time and locate a camera. Mean while he sends out his stoge Janet to say everything worked.

How about the new flying rules put in place? Are these a joke or what? Can't get out of your seat the last hour. Nothing in your lap. No pillows or blankets. Seriuously, anyone think these are real solutions? What's to stop the idiots from doing their work with 61 minutes left in the flight? They might as well have everyone fly naked if they are still going to refuse to profile. Mean while us business guys who fly every week will get targeted while muslims without proper ID and on a watch list get to fly with a one way ticket paid with cash.

If you don't mind, I'd like to reserve the seat between Salma Hayek and Charlize Theron....

Yep, according to Napolitano it all went off without a hitch. She just forgot to tell us that except for a passenger who went over two or three rows of seats and subdued the scumbag, we could have had an IED detonate on an aircraft.

Jarring Janet also forgot to tell us that the would be bomber had a visa to the US but no passport. Folks are not supposed to be allowed on international flights to the US without passports.

A "well dressed" man interceded for the perp and he was allowed on the plane.

Why was the FBI at the Detroit airport in droves before the incident ever happened on the plane?

Watched that former asst FBI director on TV last night talking like he has all the credibility in the world. His main claim to fame is that he was in charge of the FBI team at the Atlanta Olympics. Yep, he is the sleuth who railroaded Richard Jewell.

Give Big Sis a little credit. At least she didn't release a statement urging folks not to jump to a conclusion between this "isolated" incident and fundamental Muslims. All things considered, that is an improvement.

Not sure about that gris. Reports out a day later said they were treating this as an isolated incident.

Yep. We don't want to damage anyone's self-esteem by "profiling" them...

It surprises me that explosive sniffing dogs are not widely used to check passengers at airports. That dog can walk down a line of passengers and find an explosive device with about 95 percent reliability. On silly old me: I plumb forgot that Arabs do not like dogs.

Maybe someone could corner the market by training some bomb-sniffing weasels.
