Ironically, they're using a clause in their state Constitution to try to keep him out of office. I have a feeling that by the time the smoke clears the SCOTUS will be called in, and the religious types who are trying to railroad him may find that their state Constitution may have to change in a way they won't like.

I agree. Sometimes people do not think of the consequences of pushing something like this. Could be in a worse shape than they are now. Reminds me of some of the gay marriage folks.
