Question Would any of you vote for Ron Paul?

I am just wondering because Ron Paul was the only candidate in either party to have an A+ pro-gun voting record in both the NRA and GOA and he also sponsored legislation to allow Americans to carry weapons on federally protected land to defend themselves.

No, Ron Paul was absolutely clueless when it came to national security.

The Republicans could run Mickey Mouse in their against Obama this next go around and pull off a win. I know I'd vote for Mickey.

I like some of the things that Ron Paul stands for, like gun rights. I don't think he's ready to deal with all of the issues, like national security, etc. More importantly, I don't see him as being a winnable candidate. I would prefer to vote for an acceptable candidate that has some kind of chance of winning so as to prevent an Obama from winning (obviously this didn't work in 2008 ).

Won't have to make that decision. Ron Paul doesn't have what it takes to get the nomination. There are other issues than just the second amendment and Ron Paul just doesn't have it.

Of course, if by some miracle, he became the alternative to Obama, yes he would get our vote. We'll vote for anyone who is not Obama.

RP gets a B rating from the NRA I believe, not A+, unless they changed that from last year. RP is also a protectionist, an apologist and 911 truther. that and the guys just plain creepy.

Any 9/11 truther is not someone who should be listened to.

That conspiracy would have taken 1,000's of volunteers that forever would have been hushed.

It would take more than a single issue for me to vote for him, and we disagree on more than we agree.
