Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Yep, amnesty is on Obama's agenda. There were enough good Republicans in the US senate to kill the last one. Sadly, the votes are not there to kill it this time.

I was very upset with the Republicans for not cracking down on Illegal immigration when they had a chance. Now the liberals are going to have their way. Both parties have been really bad on this problem, that is how we got here.

Hey, don't leave out the supreme court. After two centuries of rulings handed down (or close to it), they suddenly found in the constitution rights for illegals like schooling, medical care and legal rights. My I suggest you read "Men In Black" to gain a better perspective of what I'm talking about.

Yep, illegal aliens are one of the very few bi-partisan things. The DNC wants to register illegals to vote. The donors to the RNC need that cheap Mexican labor.

There is no evidence of that falcon except for some liberal paper repeating that BS of a line.

Yah, I'm with you. In fact, I think the Republicans dropped the ball on a lot of things I would have expected the Republicans to handle better -- like keeping a lid on spending and avoiding deficit spending. Clearly unexpected military expenses intervened, but the intelligent thing to have done would have been to say "if we are spending $100 B this year in Iraq and Afghanistan, that means we aren't going to be spending $100 B on domestic spending. So bring the knife, where do we slice off the love handles?" Of course, if this was not a palatable decision, maybe that means they shouldn't be spending so much on military expenses. Nothing like having to pay your way now rather than putting it on the credit card for forcing you to perform the necessary prioritization of costly actions.
