Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

I hope that the liberals who elected this bum are happy and I hope in the end, they get what they deserve.

It's not over yet. There are some lingering reservations regarding this bill in the Senate. Keep fighting. Now is not the time to roll over and give them a pass...

The Senate hasn't done squat with it yet. It's not going to the Oval Office until both houses pass the bill in conference.

In other words, now is the time to light up your senators' switchboards and bombard their email accounts...

Aught Six is right. It's a long ways from over.

As long as Joe Lieberman keeps his promise to join Republicans in a filibuster if the Senate version includes the public option, and as long as no one defects from the GOP side, there's no way it can make it to a vote. The ball is in the court of the Republicans + Lieberman right now. I suspect that, in the end, Lieberman will ditch his threat to filibuster...but I was wrong on how most of the Blue Dogs would vote, so hopefully I'm wrong on this one too.

I dont see the House bill flying in the Senate. There are way to many Blue dogs that fear their jobs. Just think about it, the liberal house couldnt even get all its own to vote for it. And they praise a single, liberal RINO for jumping isle. What about the 40 or so of their own who voted agianst it.

What I love about this bill, we start paying taxes in Jan, and pay 10 years of tax increases, just to pay for 6 years of the program. Great work DEmos.
