Now why is this just now making news? And what about drug tests for congress. The kid that sacks my groceries has to take a drug test. Congress has stepped in and strong armed the NBL about drug tests, as well as other organizations.

Barney and his friends in congress should undergo a drug screen before every vote on a major piece of legislation. We should make the perps undergo a sanity test before they can take office and after re-election.
Give him a break, Barney's Frank knew nothing about it, just like the last drug bust that went on while he was there, just like the gay prostitution ring that was going on and the parking ticket fixing. He's just unfortunate like every other Dems out there. He was delt a bad hand.

The honorable Senator was present while drugs were being consumed, and presumably distributed, yet he wasn't charged as an accessory? Imagine that.
It's Taxachusetts, by the time the dust settles the Govenor will probably give him a comendation for having stretch marks around his mouth...
Sorry but I need to correct you. The honorable congressman. Unfortunately was still have Kerry and just lost Kennedy. The good news is that Barney's Frank was never considered for Teddy's replacement.
