Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Writer/director a coward.

Quote:
For "2012," Emmerich set his sites on destroying the some biggest landmarks around the world, from Rome to Rio. But there's one place that Emmerich wanted to demolish but didn't: the Kaaba, the cube-shaped structure located in the center of Mecca. It's the focus of prayers and the site of the Hajj, the biggest, most important pilgrimage in Islam.
"Well, I wanted to do that, I have to admit," the filmmaker told scifiwire.com. "But my co-writer Harald [Kloser] said, 'I will not have a fatwa on my head because of a movie.' And he was right."
Quote:
You can actually let Christian symbols fall apart, but if you would do this with [an] Arab symbol, you would have ... a fatwa, and that sounds a little bit like what the state of this world is. So it's just something which I kind of didn't [think] was [an] important element, anyway, in the film, so I kind of left it out."

Unlike Arabs, Christians won't hunt you down and cut your head off on a live webcam for the world to see because you burned a cross or bible. Cowardice or prudence? You make the call.

Ithink your forgeting history and whatmight be coming. In the old days christains where as bloody and crual as the muslims. heck they marched across europe to go to jerisulim to kill muslims and take back the city. I think some of us christainsars are getting to the point where we need to take a stand and defend this county, this world, and our right to live the way we want.

I have forgotten nothing, and I sincerely doubt that contemporary Christians could stand up and fight their Muslim counterparts these days with the same ferocity that Richard the Lionheart and the Roman Catholic church did back then, they just don't have the stomach for it. BTW, this country isn't the only one at stake, the Muslim extremists have vowed not to stop until everyone on earth is facing Mecca five times per day. There are currently 1.2B Muslims, and they're breeding like rabbits. There are 1B Catholics, if you count the other Christian denominations you'd have roughly equal numbers. The difference is that most contemporary Christians aren't willing to lay down their lives in defense of their beliefs, most Muslim would. Be careful what you wish for Tim, the battle would be violent and very brief.

Militant Muslim fundamentalists everywhere remember the Crusades very well. A.D. 1095 is an important year in their mutual history, and it motivates them today.

This all kind'a makes the 'final solution' a no-brainer, then, don't you think ? I don't care who pushes 'the button', the Pope, an Episcopalian, Lutheran, just so this 'evaporates'.

All the more reason to hunt them down and eradicate them, those who fail to learn from history are condemned to repeat it, and usually at someone else's expense. People like that only respect force of will, they will never surrender to those whom they perceive to be weaker than themselves. Wipe them out now and be done with it before they get nukes and screw the entire planet. Some elements of humankind deserve to become footnotes.

They're not all obsessed with history.
