A Saudi court of cassation upheld a ruling to behead and crucify a 22-year-old man convicted of raping five children and leaving one of them to die in the desert, newspapers reported on Tuesday.
The convict was arrested earlier this year after a seven-year old boy helped police in their investigation. The child left in the desert after the rape was three years old, Okaz newspaper said.
International rights groups have accused the kingdom, the birthplace of Islam, of applying draconian justice, beheading murderers, rapists and drug traffickers in public. So far this year about 40 people have been executed in Saudi Arabia.

Seems kind of barbaric to me. Double punishment really seems a bit over the top. After beheading they string him up on a cross to show they really mean it.

Seems like overkill, no pun intended. I don't really see the point in crucifying the body after beheading. Would definitely cut down on recidivism though.
I wonder what they do with the head.

Now as far as the topic. What justifies a pedophile? Most Muslims believe it is ok to take wives as young as 9. They are not suppose to have sex with them until they start menstrating. In other words, Mohammed had wives as young as 9, which the muslims use to justify takeing such young wives (recent cause of the U.K.s problems with Islamic law). They are also instructed to start making babies as soon as the women is capable of bareing young. Which in some cases can be as young as 10 and 11. They are also instructed to keep having babies as long as they exist. In the U.K. they are preaching to out bread the infidels. So it makes me wonder what the definition of pedophile is?

What the hell do any of you care what happens to the rapist? You should be concerned with the children that he raped. If someone raped my daughter they had damn sure hope that law enforcement got to them before I did. He would pray that someone would cut his head off by the time I was finished with him.
