This 15 year old sophmore was gang raped for over two hours by at least five juveniles and five adults. There were at least 10 spectators some of whom who filmed the attack. No one called 911. What a sorry bunch of pukes.
There were four cops providing security at that homecoming party but is seems like they were not patrolling the school grounds.

Police have also changed the way they will be dealing with as many as 20 other people who reportedly stood by and watched or took cell phone video of the assault.
"Unfortunately California law does not allow you to arrest a person for witnessing a sex crime if the victim is over the age of 14," said Lt. Gagan.
What are we? Poverty,race,age, what have we become. This is domestic terrorism and we allow the gangs to roam free. And the more i think on this, the more I would be in my daughters face for allowing herself to get in the situation. I hope i have done a good job of raising an intelligent girl/teen so far, and she would be wiser than this girl. So maybe if it happened I would also blame myself, but again the scum would be safer in lock up solitary than anywhere else. The court will admonish them give them some time (21 year old probably longer depending on record) and them put em' back on the street.

Thats a great attitude there, blaming the victim in a rape is always the best way to go isnt it.Youd get "in your daughters face" after she has been repeatedly beaten and gang raped for hours on end.Your really something, unfortunately I cant say what on here without being banned.
If the onlookers were all apart of the group/mob and enjoying it, there's no surprise none of them called 911. It sounds like it took place kinda in a dark area behind the school, I'm assuming there were no random passerbys... also in these ghetto areas, good luck finding someone to help you and call the police or be a witness.
It's like they say you're more likely to be helped if there are less people around, vs. a big group...
