Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Discrimination is OK after all!

There's been a lot in the news about racism since Obama's election. Even former President Carter has been running his face about it. It seems like eeryone who disagrees with Obama's policies gets accused of being racist. The truth is: Obama lacks experience...hence he lacks wisdom and discernment. I don't mean this in a racial way....but he reminds me of a 22 year old boy who has just graduated from college who thinks he knows it all. He has a little "book learning" but he has done nothing significant in his life. He has spent most of it going to school. He has amassed no wisdom. Junior Senator's with a few years in the Senate just aren't qualified to be the President. We are in the process of witnessing these truths right now. However, I digress.

My point is: Even as we hear accusations of racism (discrimination) in regard to Obama.....we see the President and his administration excluding the Fox news organization. That sure smells like discrimination to me. Hypocrisy is such an ugly thing!

I agree that the calls of racism are overboard. I do not agree that making accusations of unfairness in reporting is the moral equivalent of racism. You're reaching.

I think you missed it VC. The original post consistently addressed itself to "discrimination." Yes, I think you can fairly accuse the Obama administration of practicing unfair discrimination. Discrimination may be done on several bases, only one of which is race. Discriminating on the basis of race is called racism and is disparaged. Discriminating on the basis of sex is called sexism and is disparaged. Discriminating on the basis of age is called agism and is disparaged. Probably lots of other things fall under the same analysis. But here we have Obama discriminating against FOX. Pretty proposterous.

On the other hand . . . is it really news that the Obama admininistration and/or the Democrats are a bunch of hypocrites? C'mon, this isn't front page news, it isn't even "news," it is old information.

Maybe not racism but discrimination yes... Do you agree that the administration is being hypocryitical by the way they are treating Fox News (not that politicians or presidential administrations being hypocritical is anything new)? I know there are right wing slanted shows being aired on Fox News but no more than the shows slanting left being aired on some of the other networks, and many honest people consider there to be less.

I think -and hope- these actions are due to a young moron, who doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground, running our country. Not that this young moron has an agenda that would include government censorship of the media.

I was very happy to see those 5 networks pull together and tell the White House to F off.

Come on now Wub, you gotta clear up your opinion on Bammy.

It is becoming obvious to me as well, He has no clue as to what he is or should be doing. He has no knowledge of anything helpful and has got to be picking the worst possible people as advisers. Mostly X gangsters and commies. And yes, he is more racist thatn anyone who is criticizing him. IMO

I think even the dimmest bulb out there is starting to see what they got us into. Chris Wallace said, and I agree, " In all My years in the press, I have never seen such a bunch of cry babies as this administration".

Look at the news this week about the Dems changing the locks and the vidio of them sneaking out a side door to avoid a vote on the sweetheart deals that they got from country wide or whatever it was. Our state senator was one of them. How can anyone take their childish behavior as anything but spoiled brats. Could anyone here act like that and then face their voters and ask for re-election?

Thank you for your insightful words. You said it better than I could. Yes, I had discrimination in mind. I only used racism as one example of it.

This administration doesn't play with the same rules the rest of us play by. They like to make them up to benefit their selves.
