Don't blame them one bit for protesting this action by the PRMA legislature and the governator. Kerry and Kennedy had a piece of sorry legislation passed so Romney could not appoint a replacement for Kerry if he won the presidential election. Now that Teddy Baby is deceased they repealed that law.
BOSTON – The Massachusetts Republican Party is seeking to block the interim appointment of Paul Kirk to the Senate seat that was held by the late Sen. Edward Kennedy.
The GOP has filed an injunction in Suffolk Superior Court that will be heard Friday morning.
