Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18. -They would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison. There is indeed a provision for a tax on all registered weapons, but it has nothing to do with your federal income tax forms and everything to do with establishing a national data base

I did...nothing to do with taxes...you are reading the fear monger version...its intent is to close the "gun show background check loop hole"...now that in itslef is reason for debate....has there been any fact based evidence to support that gun crimes are commited with firearms purchased at gun shows??? until that is proven...its just another left wing "feel-good" law..that does nothing to keep guns out of bad guys hands but will infringe on guns in mine/your hands....
now- stupid people comment...its true...all bad things in the world have come down to stupid people...and I dont really care if you like it or not....but enjoy complaining about it all ya want....its why I go to work everyday.
