Heard this question on FOX:What if we captured Osama bin Laden,how would or could we interrogate him?

First, he would have to have his Miranda rights. If the soldier neglected to read them, then he would have to be set free. Then, he would get a free lawyer, who would hit the talk show circuit immediately. Shortly later, Osama's due process would be violated in some way, and he would be released.

Pretty sure that's what would happen.

I like to think that the soldier that captured him would capture a dead Osama and not an alive Osama.

I'm pretty sure that, if Obamacare is enacted, he'd be entitled to free dialysis at taxpayer expense.

If he was to be brought back here, he would never see the death penalty under oasama law. The pres, would first bow and apologize for Americas part in deserving the 9/11 attack. Then maybe a beer at the white house. Then he would escape.
