I suspect we'll have the pleasure of Jimmy's opinions until he's pushing up daisies.
Don't blame Jimmy for calling the opposition racist. He has never been smart enough to come up with his own ideas, so he's just rehashing a talking point he has been told. That's the way it has always been. It's a little ironic that arguably the worst president in history is the one who can't seem to refrain from sounding off on his opinion about other presidents. The press loves him because he's always good for an anti-Republican sound byte, but given how overwhelmingly the American people voted him out of office, I'm pretty sure there are few others who give a flip about what he thinks. Why can't he shut up and either fade away into relative obscurity (George H.W. Bush) or do something constructive (Bill Clinton)?
Personally, I'm getting tired of being told I'm a racist because I oppose health care reform or cap & trade or trillions of dollars in new spending. If President Obama really wants to move race relations forward in this country, he needs to stand up to these morons around him and tell them to stop the race-baiting and get down to issues.
