Access to health care...
I had read about the WHO health care study that rated the U.S. so poorly and a question came to mind...
If you need care for a health condition, and you could get the most up to date standard of care with a certain wait period, or 20 year old standard of care sooner, which would you take, assuming wait wouldn't harm or kill you in either case?
Which would you rate better if you were comparing health care systems?
