Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default 9-11 Have you forgotten?

Yes today is the anniversary of the 9-11 attacks by Islamic terrorists orchestrated by Osama Bin Laden, who was and probably still is hiding out along the Afghanistan Pakistani border, still being harbored by our enemies, the Taliban.

Our fighting men and women are still in harms way in those countries and on the ground in Iraq. They continue the battle this very day to defend your freedoms. Remember them and our Commander in Chief as we they continue to seek justice for the crimes of 9-11. Now is not the time to slander our Commander in Chief, and by extension the troops and thier hallowed mission. Doing so gives "aide and comfort to the enemy" and harms the mission. The American People in their righteous might will win through to absolute victory!

God Bless our troops and our president - may the US stand victorious!

Have you forgotten?

Wish the liberals thought that way before Obama took office.

Yep, this is the 8th anniversary of 911. Despite a prior attack on the WTC, the so called "intelligence agencies" failed to anticipate another attack despite warnings to the contrary.

Eight years after 911 the diabolical mastermind of 911 is still at large. Yep, a skinny 6' 8" Arab who is on dialysis cannot be located despite a 25 million dollar reward on his head.

IMO: The US is no more prepared to resist a well planned attack by innovative terrorists than we were on 911.

God bless the fine troops who are serving in the US military.

The sunday following 9/11 ,the pastor of obamas church gave a speech, declaring that 9/11 was "Americas chickens coming home to roost". I still wonder if obama attended that particular service.

You ask "have you forgotton''? I would say the fact that someone like barak obama, is now this countrys leader, is proof that we have

I still remember exactly where I was when it happened. I was sitting in the chow hall at MCAS Yuma, AZ eating an egg white omlette watching the news. I can't even begin to describe how angry I was once I figured out what was going on.

I was the safety officer on a UXO site at Seneca Army Depot in western New York. Had the vehicle radio on and when the news flash came across I could not believe it.

I was at work and we didn't have internet, TV or email at the time at my workplace. Someone came to me and said off handedly, "a plane crashed into the WTC." I asked what kind and they said they didn't know. We both talked briefly about it and finally decided it was probably a small plane and the pilot had had a heart attack. Don't know why but it made sense to us and we went back to work. It wasn't till after the second plane hit and folks called us on the phone to tell us what was on the TV that I understood the magnitude of what was going on. I was cold, hot, angry, and a little frightened. I felt an emotion I had never felt before or since - the closest thing I can put into words is that I felt like it might REALLY BE the end of the world. No, I will never forget.

Amen brother. I have felt that way since day one and I screeched in horror at the bipartisan passage of the "Patriot Act".

All that bill did was make it easier for the government to spy on law abiding citizens. I certainly don't believe it has made us safer. The terrorists already operate outside the law - they laugh at our DHS and absurd "Patriot Act" because they know we are only caging ourselves and restricting our own freedoms with such nonsense. That (I believe) is a goal the terrorists have, but know they cannot accomplish without our help and we have cooperated beautifully.

Now for me, that adds insult to injury we speaking of the tragedy of 9-11.
