The vote yesterday was to shut off debate on his nomination, He is not in yet. The Republicans were going to filibuster him but Reed got the debate shut down. The vote on his conformation has not happened yet.

The worse thing is that the Judge on FOX says that osama will appoint him to the next opening in the supreme court. He ism one of osama's best friends and comrades. That will be the beginning of the end, if we have not already past that point.
