Can't find the story in the generic link.....but most states in the Northeast anyway, have laws about kids having access to firearms. The fact this pair was charged with weapons
violations indicates they're not on the 'up and up'. And yes, it was New York State...idiots.
The story says that they might face mary jane charges too. Were they smoking with the kids as well? I have to wonder in what context she meant for the pictures to be used. Maybe someone accused her and her boyfriend of clinging to their guns and religion, and maybe the picture was supposed to be ironic. I'm not trying to rationalize it; just trying to wrap my head around her motives.

Nothing surprises me anymore. Working with hardcore gang bangers and prison inmates have opened my eyes to a lot of things. It's a shame what some idiot parents make their children do. So many of the youngsters in gangs are there because the parents are gang members too.. Freaking shame! And it *isses me off so bad when I have to officate a funeral for one of those kids!!
