Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default The 9/12 project...

I don't usually subscribe to things like this, but I must admit the public outcry and protest is becoming interesting, especially given the vehemence of the protesters and the hysteria it spawns from the democrat filth running this country. What do my esteemed HuntingNet colleagues think about this effort ? Is it worth the trouble ? Does anyone have any credible projections as to potential attendance in
D.C. ? Does anyone even care ?

I have been keeping up with the 9/12 project but not as much as I should, I know that it is a movement that is really growing.

I understand that as of right now they have about 60,000 people registered to attend in Washington D.C. and are expecting to have about 100,000 registered.

Now, how many actually make it to Washington we will see.

If I could afford to attend I certainly would.

As I stated in another thread, this 'march' represents the mobilization and activation of what constitutes the 'silent majority' in this country. These are not like osama's buddies Ayers and his ilk...these are peaceful protesters who've overcome the inertia of the living room sofa and are ticked off sufficiently to scream into the afternoon sky in a corrupt and decaying city. In addition to the events of that weekend, there are events in literally every major city and hamlet across Amerika, so if 100,000 actually make it to DC for this event, I believe each attendee will represent at least another 200 who did not make the trip. That's impressive. ANd speaking of the 100,000 potential attendees, those are only the REGISTERED ones....there may be many more who just 'show up'....there may be many less as well, inertia being what it is. I cannot make the event for health reasons, but my hope is that while 100,000 may register for the event, I am hoping that far more than that will show up just because they should.... If this thing flops, the media will have a field day describing how there is no real opposition to the fascists and criminals in office right now. If this thing gets big....REAL big....they'll ignore it in hopes it goes away. Id rather be ignored than vilified and minimized.

It will be discounted as a bunch of redneck, gun tooting, religion clinging, racist.

The midterms will be the REAL test of who's pissed. Once that vote's cast, the fascists can play with the numbers all they want, and they can twist and spin the facts, but 2010 will represent changes they cannot deny....I hope !

This is what I'm praying for. I really don't know what I'll do if the Dems maintain the type of control they have now.
