Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

That is a bit scary.

We sheep don't normally get involved in human politics but that is not good

This is the independents world now!!!!! You expect this out of the libs but it's the independents who love to claim no alleigence only to be allowed to be swayed by easy slogans. I thank all the independents for Obama. Enjoy!

This is scary. I read the description on the right and it said the event and video were at a Virginia high school. I don't understand how it would be trespassing by holding up an unflattering picture of Obama. I couldn't tell if this was a regular police officer or just some school campus security officer, etc. Regardless of what his official capacity was, I did not see anything that could be construed as trespassing. I think his department is going to have some serious explaining to do and will likely determine that officer was wrong.

There's more to the story... It was mis-reported or mis-quoted that the guy was a sworn LEO. He's just a school security guard from Fairfax Co public schools!!!!

I'd like to write a nastygram to the county school board and get this guy reprimanded for putting his political beliefs (Obama sycophant) above his job!!!

My husband says there are certain limited circumstances where the Supreme Court has ruled that speech can be restricted. He says this does not appear to be one of those situations.

Some people believe that the freedom to criticize the government and government officials is the most sacred aspect of the 1st amendment That makes sense to us sheep

If I were this demonstrator, I'd see about hiring a civil rights attorney and soliciting donations from interested others to a "First Amendment Legal Fund"...

Fairfax County won't budge unless you force them too. It's one of the most relatively liberal parts of Virginia.

Definitely scary. What's even more scary is the officer will get away with it.... even if it is reported.....

Could there be a racial issue with this one? Obama and the cop are black and I assume the protester is white. Question: Does the fact that the president is black give the black policeman more power or an excuse to infringe on the first amendment rights of a protestor?
