Yeah, conservatives talk to each other about it behind the barn and call it "choking the chicken". This wouldn't swing with the liberals though, because it depicts cruelty to animals.

That has been thrown around in some schools sex ed curriculums. Thank God it gets shot down every time. I do find it odd that one would need to be taught to do that.

Clinton's Surgeon General got into trouble when she said it was ok for kids to masturbate.

It may be ok in moderation. Too much of it will lead to blindness.
