No. 2 Senate Democrat 'Open' to Health Care Bill With No Public Option
The so-called public option is a hot topic of debate at town hall meetings across the country. Supporters say it's needed to keep private insurance companies in check and extend affordable coverage to all. Critics warn that the government should not have so much control over health care and that a public option could eventually eliminate private insurance.

Please, read it yourself. However, when they decide government knows best in any form, we need to block it. The fight isn't over. We need to continue to kill this effort because it doesn't reform anything. It puts more power into the hands of the few. Until they are ready to discuss "Free Market" based solutions, we need to stop them in their tracks.
I salute you all on this forum, willing to standing up against the federal government. Now is not the time to lay low. It's not over until they kill the bill! I ask all of you to fight twice as hard, the fight isn't over yet.
