Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Exclamation Should homeliss sex offenders still have to register?

Michigan court will have to decide.

http://www.wilx.com/home/headlines/52721287.html

FYI, 1st degree criminal sexual conduct in Michigan involves either forcible rape or sex with a child under 13 with penetration.

We sheep took a vote and decided, unanimously, that he should still be in prison

It seems that it would be next to impossible to try to keep track of homeless offenders. They have a hard enough time trying to keep the ones with a real address in check. I would be in favor of it if it were feasible though.

Its' easy. Just require the homeless sex offender to report his current location. For instance: Under the I-44 overpass at Cache Rd.

He should have to register his address. And his address should be the state prison!

Why couldn't they outfit him with one of the GPS tracking devices?

a misspelling. It should be "homeless." I apologize.

These laws of registration do nothing to deter abuse.
Pretty certain like most states homeless or not you'd have to register.

If we're going to register sex offenders, why not register ALL felons, white collar, blue, right?

Most of these crimes are committed by family members who are not registered sex offenders, ie dad, uncle, etc...

And nowadays kids are being labeled as sex offenders for sexting...

as well young adults 18-25 essentially make out with an underage girl and become sex offenders.

I mean should a 21yo who hooks up with a 15yo be labeled/treated the same as if that same girl was being abused by her dad/uncle/grandpa?

Too many laws, not enough common sense if you ask me.
I'm all for putting dangerous criminals behind bars.
Registering young adults who make a mistake by hooking up with an underage girlf as sex offenders hardly seems just.

Ummmm....... yes!!! You gotta be F'ing kidding me?!? 15 years old is old enough to consent with a 21 year old in your mind????

And HELL NO they should not be made to register. The should be made to F'ing DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll volunteer to take 'em out. My dime. Anytime, Anywhere. Kill them all. You can't fix it. They are no longer humans in my mind. Don't want them around anywhere. Period. They don't deserve to breathe the same oxygen as their victims.

Peruse this bunch of registered sex offenders. Google up the registered sex offender list in a town near you and see just how many of these scumbags raped or molested little kids.

Talk to a shrink about child molesters and find out that the scumbags will molest kids until they are either locked up or die of old age.
