I think that bimbo offered a pretty good plan. Just go to the doctor, sign your name, and get free health care. Why hasn't anybody thought of that before? [sarcasm of course]
If you still can't read or write after the government has spent more and more money on education, you can opt out of the signing part, but you will need to have somebody give them your address to have the check sent for your trouble.
