Default Bring on the Obama tax fest, Im more than ready.

Yep, I'm ready for your tax fest. I have spent the last few months getting my affairs in order for what we are about to be seeing with the demos. I just paid off my last debt. this morning. Signed a check for the full amount on my new home. I turned some property, that I've been setting on for the last 20+ years, that a business has been foaming over. It had more equity in it than I had thought. I also sold my home and used the equity from both properties to buy a nicer house and to pay off all my debt.. As of right now, I have one Harley payments to make and that is it. I don't like Uncle sucker taxing the hell out of me, but now I'm ready. Nothing but taxes and utilities for me. I guess Ill set back, drink a beer every night, and watch all the craziness come to pass. Kind of like what some did during the Charter administration. Suffer the fools, if you will. I feel I can now watch America get this out of its system and sober up. Let the people who support the direction of the government suffer, while I watch them squirm. I feel very secure in my finances and take solace in the fact I've taken measures to secure my families stability. Just wish there was more I could do about the direction of the country.

And just incase this is not over in 2010 or heaven forbid, 2012, I got more land that is doing nothing but building equity.

Sorry if this appears to be bragging. I cant help it, it feels so liberating. I guess there is something to be said about not running up astronomical debts during good times.

The new American dream, "I'm debt free".

Way to go, now you need to become more self sufficient as far as utilities and food. But really like any of us who own property the Government can take it anytime they want. We really never own it. I have a hideout property paid, but I found out if they really want it because it has water on it and natural gas on it they will find a way amongst all the controls that have been heaped on mr. citizen to take it. I have guns, thats enough for them to trumph up a charge. I would not trust this Government no matter who was president. They all are under control of evil organizations of the Global community.

My target date for debt freedom is December 2012, right after the next presidential election. I figure that if, God forbid, the proles, et al., reelect Obama, it'll be a good time to be debt free. Would have been earlier, but, I spent last year trying to keep GM and Ford afloat... Guess I was only partially successful.

Glad to hear it Burnie. Both my sleds were paid off a while ago, I just dont seem to find the time to ride them anymore. The kids keep bugging me to give the Harleys to them. Right.

Congrats Burnie sounds good.

( have to agree with Cardeer some to)

Luckly we dont have much debts No car/truck payments etc- payed 2 plots of land off early.( not sure what its worth is)

We ( well the mate was talking to the bank ppl)where just checking the payoff on the morgage just a few weeks ago- had it for 20 yrs - with 10 left on it
- owe 24K & will save almost 14k? in intrest if i remember right.

Will be a lot poorer then :0- have a lot of equity tied up in it its gone up about 300- 400 % in value since we bought it.

But i think i may have read somewhere on here -Uncle sucker- big pockets( full of other ppls money) sugar daddy
is paying ppls morgages- maybe we should just go bank rupt- or
