Heard on the news this morning that stimulus money is going to pay off medicaid.

Dont have time to find anything on the net. But this morning I heard that fed stimulus money is being used to pay off medicaid. This concerns me on two levels. First, the money was suppose to stimulate jobs. Second, Medicaid is a fed insurance plan, what will we be dealing with if we pass a nation wide health measure?


Andddddddddd, how about talks of stimulus number two that Biden says we will need. What happened with the first? Has it had time to do anything?
