Well I woke up this morning to the sound of heavy rainfall on the tent, skies are dark and it doesn't look like this monsoon type weather is letting up anytime soon, supposed to rain for days apparently. I thought I heard a sasquatch moments ago groaning about it !

I put the coffee on and cranked up the laptop and signed on to HNI and am quite grateful to see well wishes for our Canada Day on the forum.

Still hoping for a BBQ of bear burgers and beaver tails later on. I saved my last bottle of Labatt's Blue for a possible photo opportunity later, rain or no rain I am going to enjoy it for lunch ! It's hard to get into the true July 4th type weekend spirit as July 1st is mid week this year, though I am going to enjoy this weekend coming for sure!

I Hope Canada Day and the July 4th this year enables us the reflection, brings us the hope and bi-partisanship for better days to come.
