Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default For you, Ipsc

Ok, my review of government Motor's new Camaro. Save your money.

Yes it has great lines, nice looking interior. However, I give it a failing grade when it comes to the seats, shifter/transmision and rear view mirrior.

The seats we very uncomfortable. They remind me of the seats put intothe mustang one style back. The new mustang I recall had beeter seats. So did the charger from a few weeks back. A convertible would make the car way more comfortable.

Shifter/transmision, too much is required just to play around IMO. The shifter had either Auto or manual with the shift buttonson the steering wheel. When I wanted to play around, I couldn't just down shift to 4th, 3rd, and 2nd right away. I had to pull the slector back to manual and then put my hands back on the steering wheel and down shift it out of 6....to 2 or 1. Too much work was required. I would have rather been allowed to either shift down to 4,3,2 with the shifter or push it over to the manual shift gate and shifted with the shifter instead of the buttons. If you wanted to stay in manual, then it wasn't too bad but you had to remember you were in manual.

The profile is so low looking out the front, the rearview mirrior takes up a lot of space in the middle of the windshield. Kind of sucked when driving around towns due to the blind spot, but not too bad on the open highway.

Happy to report. I only hit 100 and a little over a few times. Really went for the exit and on ramps accelleration and handling. That was fun even though I think it was only a V6. The best news is no tickets with this red car.

Drags have nothing to do with a car ready to buy. Certainly a car that is the last one to the table with what the public wants yet is so bad on the basics!

Thanks for the review. It's one sweet looking ride, but, I haven't been in one. Guess I'll just keep my Mustang. It's 20 years old, paid for, and just as fast.

Chevy seems to be making cars with large blind spots. My wife's Impala's passenger side A pillar can practically hide a school bus...

If its around in a couple years, Im sure they will have some fixes for the negatives aspects of the car. Its an absolutley beautiful car though....stunning. If I was in the market, I would be hard pressed to decide between this and the Challenger.
