Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Fed about to own YOUR pond/stream/creek without compensating you?

http://www.brasschecktv.com/page/625.html

I find it ludicrous that liberals were upset at the phantom loss of privacy when terrorist phone calls were listened in on to prevent US civilian deaths, but any grab of the private sector by the fedis perfectly ok!

I"m tired of the nanny state ultra liberals and their simplistic ideas like limiting how much water a flush toilet can use. Never mind that golf courses and waterextravaganzas are never touched by their silly shenanigans.

Used to own a beautiful 43 acres at 8,500 feet against the West Spanish Peak in CO. There was a small stream
and we planned on building a pond. Wrong answer!!!! No ponds allowed becausethe water rights belonged to CA.

This crap is totally wrong andcongress knows it is wrong.Congress will most likely pass it anyhow and theSCOTUS will most likely up hold that ignorant law. [:@]

I gotta puke,again. [:'(]

Do you guys ever read any history? Controling water is as old as Moses, older.

How many of you fine people go around beating your chest as an AbeLinclon supporter. You can in part thank him for giving these guys the power to do what they do.

Old Abe ruined a family business representing the state.

Not taking ownership ofa pond or stream on your property without just compensation, while you still have to pay taxes on it. Did you even see the video?

Dial up. Got tierd of waiting for it to load.

The linclon story is about a fathere who bought property on a river, his sons built businesses on it. The state decided to stop the water, they sued and Linclon represnted the state and won. Just one story of many that came to my mind.

I'm with you, it sucks, but Obama is the product of a system that screamed "get government out of our life and all will be well" the result though was the raping and piliaging of the country by the same. They are responsible for this intrusion of freedom. The sheeple were attacked by the wolves in the free market that promised to be the good sheperd and in the panic drove them to the wolf pack called the government who now promises to be the good sheperd.

I've read your post. Your a supporter of the first pack even to this day. I don't run with either pack or the sheeple. Saw it all happen from my tree stand. I'm a hunter.

Republicans have been bad, democrats are much worse. I didn't see the free market taking people's propertyaway, much less without compensation. In the same vein, Ialso don't believe that the gubment has the right to overtax the productive to fund an unprecedented engorgement of the unproductive.

I got an email alert from TRCP extolling the virtues of this bills passage, and I'm rethinking my ideas on TRCP. I do not believe TR would be supporting this kind of legislation if he were alive.
