Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

I have no doubt that it will not become a felony to show pictures of hunting scenes and such. If pornography involving adults is allowed to be shown and sold, why shouldn't photos of hunting scenes? S-e-x by two consenting adults is not illegal and the last I checked every state in the nation had a hunting season of one form or another so hunting is surely not illegal either.

If I'm reading the article correctly, you're right that there are legal hunting seasons in every state, but... If the Supremes overturn the 3rd Circuit ruling, it could become a felony if I were to shoot a mountain lion in Texas (legal), and publish the picture on the internet, only to have it viewed by someone in a state where the shooting of mountain lions is illegal. I don't expect the Supremes to overturn the decision. On the other hand, it doesn't surprise me in the least that the Obama administration is fighting the case in a manner which would chip away at the 1st Amendment...

Just spit balling, didn't read the article.

Man can make any decree he wants, if these critters are a problem they will make mans life miserable enough that any decree will be overturn. Just keep yourself ready, it often ends up that the state will pay us stupid hunters to take care of the problems they cause. Ilove it.

I see the geese causing plane crashes are getting the axe. Were a people who breeds patiences, what goes around comes around. Good day to be a country boy!

Hope we don't get caught some day with our pants down believing these insane (in our eyes) ideas will never pass only to have themslip through because we were all sitting on our thumbs. If they ever make it then it will be too late to rant and rave about it. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, never forget that.
